涂布白纸板机运行的诊断及优化

摘要 介绍浙江永泰纸业集团股份有限公司PM9纸机的工艺优化和优化后的运行效果。该纸机经过优化技改后,一方面具有上浆稳定,成纸水分、定量、纤维横向排列均匀,以及纸品质量高及纸浆纤维留着率高的优点,另一方面蒸汽消耗量及干燥部的电能消耗量得到大幅降低;此外,纸机的断纸情况也得到相应改善,每日断纸率比优化前下降了一倍,整体运行效率得到显著提高。因此,所采取的优化措施和经验具有一定的推广价值。 This article introduced the optimization of #9 paper machine (PM9) in Zhejiang Yongtai Paper Group, and also analyzed the operation effect of the machine after optimization. On one hand, the stock supply of the PM9 became more stable, allowing the paper moisture, basis weight and fiber orientation profiles in CD uniform. On the other hand, the consumption of steam and electricity of PM9 were significantly reduced. In addition, the situation of paper break was improved and the break frequency was lowered to half than before, making the efficiency of the paper machine increased drastically. Hence, it is valuable to promote these optimization measures and experience in this paper.
