摘要
纳米微晶纤维素(NCC)是一种纤维素经酸水解后获得的棒状晶体,由于其原料丰富、可再生、生物兼容性以及机械性能优良等特点,已成为纳米材料研究领域的热点。NCC表面丰富的羟基使其易于化学改性功能化,如酯化、醚化、氧化、硅烷化和聚合物接枝等,经表面修饰的NCC可作为增强填料添加进生物复合材料中,此类材料的应用涉及食品、化工以及生物医药等领域。本文重点综述近年来NCC表面化学改性和在纳米复合材料应用领域的研究进展,并对其发展前景进行展望。
Nanocrystalline cellulose (NCC) is rigid rod-like crystals which obtained from acid hydrolysis of native cellulose. Because of its advantages of abundant, renewable, biodegradable and excellent mechanical properties, it has become a focuse in the nanotechnology field. Ample hydroxyl groups on its surface make NCC easy chemical modification and high functionality, including acetylation, esterification, oxidation, silylation, polymer grafting, etc. Appropriate modified NCC can be used as reinforcing fillers in high performance nanocomposites, the application field of them include foods, chemicals, light industry, bio-pharmacentical, etc. This review paper provides an overview of recent progress made in the area of surface modification of NCC and NCC-based nanocomposites. Finally, the future development of NCC is prospected.
