摘要
分析麦草中的AOX在蒸煮段的变化规律,以及漂白段AOX的来源、去向及影响因素,根据造纸行业废水排放标准分析了其对废水排放的影响。结果表明:麦草原料本身AOX含量为275.77 mg·kg-1浆,其AOX在蒸煮段去向有3处;麦草浆DEP漂白过程中,AOX主要形成于D段,产生了大约998 mg·kg-1,经过不同条件的洗涤后,纸浆中的AOX不容易洗涤出来,最终纸浆中的AOX含量仍然达到172 mg·kg-1以上;采用无元素氯漂白,只要控制好工艺条件,AOX排放一般不会超标。
The source and destination of AOX in cooking and bleaching of wheat straw and its impact on effluent discharge were studied. The results showed that the AOX of wheat straw raw was 275.77 mg·kg-1, and the AOX had 3 offices in the cooking stage. AOX was mainly formed in the D segment in the process of DEP bleaching of wheat straw pulp. It generated around 998 mg·kg-1 AOX in pulp was not easy to wash out after the different conditions of physical washing. The content of AOX in the final pulp was still above 172 mg·kg-1 The emission of AOX was generally not exceed the emission limit values, if process conditions of ECF bleaching were controlled well.
