对排球技术中各种移动步法的分析与研究

Analysis and research on various moving steps in volleyball skills

运用统计、教学实验等方法 ,对某校部分排球运动员的各种移动步法的特点及常用移动步法在比赛中运用比例进行分析。研究表明 ,排球场上运用最多的是 2～ 3米左右的移动步法 ,各种移动步法最关键的是起动 ,其次是移动与制动。并步与滑步、跨步与跨跳步、交叉步运用最多 ,占各种移动步法的比例分别为 35 %、2 9.7%和 1 9.7%。

In this article we analysed the characteristics of various moving steps of some volleyball players in our school and the application rate of common moving steps by using statistics and teaching experiments methods.In the research,it is clear that the 2-3m moving step is most used in volleyball field.The most importance of various and braking.Combining,sliding,striding and crossing steps are mostly used. The rates of various moving steps are 35%,29.7%and 19.7%.
