异位妊娠患者血清中PAPP-A、P、β-HCG及CA_(125)水平的变化要求

目的探讨异位妊娠患者血清中PAPP-A、P、β-HCG及CA125水平的变化。方法本次医学研究选择我院2012年1月~2014年12月收治的异位妊娠患者30例作为研究组,同时,选择宫内妊娠患者30例为对照组,对比两组观察对象血清标志物检测结果。结果异位妊娠组和宫内妊娠组观察对象PAPP-A、P、β-HCG及CA125水平对比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论β-HCG联合P检测是较为准确可靠的异位妊娠临床诊断依据。

Objective To investigate the ectopic pregnancy patients serum PAPP-a, P, beta HCG and CA125 level changes. Methods The medical research to choose our hospital between January 2012 and December 2012 between the treated 30 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients as observation object, at the same time, the selection for the control group, 30 patients with intrauterine pregnancy serum marker detection results compared two groups of observation object. Results Ectopic pregnancy and intrauterine pregnancy group observed PAPP-a, P, beta HCG and CA125 levels compared with signifi cant statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The beta HCG combined P detection is more accurate and reliable clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
