探讨子宫肉瘤化疗的疗效及护理方法

Clinical effect and nursing methods to investigate the chemotherapy of uterine sarcoma

目的评价子宫肉瘤化疗的疗效及护理配合。方法以我院收治的子宫肉瘤患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组,各40例。两组均给予AP方案化疗,实验组在此基础上给予护理配合,就两组患者护理前后KPS评分及患者护理满意度进行对比。结果比照患者KPS评分与护理满意度,实验组的KPS评分改善程度与护理总满意率均显著优于对照组。结论子宫肉瘤患者采用AP方案化疗效果确切,治疗期间做好护理配合可有效保证化疗顺利进行,对促进患者康复意义重大。

Objective The clinical effect and nursing cooperation in evaluation of uterine sarcoma chemotherapy. Methods 80 cases of uterine sarcoma patients in our hospital as the research object, randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 40 cases in each group, two groups were treated with chemotherapy of AP regimen, give nursing experimental group on the basis of it, the two groups before and after the nursing care of patients with KPS score and the patients’ satisfaction in contrast. Results The KPS score and nursing satisfaction of patients compared with those in the experimental group, KPS score improvement degree and nursing satisfaction rate was signifi cantly better than the control group. Conclusion Patients with uterine sarcoma with AP regimen chemotherapy during treatment with exact, nursing care can effectively ensure the smooth progress of chemotherapy, to promote the rehabilitation of the patients of great signifi cance.
