观察中西医结合治疗原发性痛经的疗效

Clinical observation on treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with combination of chinese traditional and western medicine

目的分析中西医结合治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法将我院2012年9月~2014年9月收治的原发性痛经患者120例随机分成实验组和对照组。对照组单独使用西药治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上,使用加味生化汤,比较两组患者的疗效。结果两组患者疗效比较,实验组明显好于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合的方法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效显著,副作用小。

Objective Analysis of the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 120 cases in our hospital in 2012 September to 2014 year in September admitted to theprimary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group separately to use western medicine, the experimental group on the basis of the control group, the use of modifi ed biochemical decoction, clinical effect comparison of twogroups of patients.Results the patients treatment effect of two groups, the experimental group was signifi cantlybetter than the control group, with signifi cant statistical difference between the two groups,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of the treatment method of combining traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on primary dysmenorrhea is remarkable, the side effect is small.
