腹腔镜与传统开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Laparoscopic and Traditional Open Operation in Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的：研究探讨应用腹腔镜与传统开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的疗效对比。方法：2009年8月~2013年12月入院的异位妊娠病人68例,分别采用腹腔镜与传统开腹手术治疗。结果：所有病人均获随访,随访时间为6~12个月,平均8个月,两组患者平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间经统计学分析（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠明显优于传统开腹手术,对于合并有盆腔粘连的,术中需要检查对侧输卵管是否通畅的,行腹腔镜手术效果更佳。

Objective： To investigate the the clinical effect of laparoscopic and traditional open operation in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods：From August 2009 to December 2013,68 cases of ectopic pregnancy were treated by laparoscopic and traditional open operation.Results：All patients were followed up,the follow-up time ranged from 6 to 12 months,average 8 months.Through statistical analysis,there was a difference between the two groups in the average operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative exhaust time,ambulation time and hospitalization time（P〈0.05）,the difference has statistical signiflcance.Conelusinn：Laparoscopy operation is obviously superior to traditional open operation in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Especially in the treatment of the patients with pelvic adhesion comorbidity or check whether unobstructed of opposite fallopian tube in intraoperative can achieve better effect.
