以头痛就诊的结缔组织病相关神经系统疾病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Headache Starting Treatment Connective Tissue Disease-related Neurological Diseases

目的:通过系统观察以头痛首发就诊的结缔组织病相关神经系统疾病的临床及实验室检查进行回顾性分析,了解更多免疫相关神经系统疾病的特点。方法:25例患者以头痛为主诉首发就诊,对所有患者进行临床及实验室检查回顾性分析,对相关临床症状及免疫炎症指标情况的比较,分析实验室指标监测,分析临床特点。结果:在以头痛首发就诊的结缔组织病相关神经系统疾病患者中,原发性中枢神经系统血管炎占首位,而其免疫检测指标阳性率较低,病理性活检取材困难,患者依从性较差。结论:要提高以头痛首发就诊的结缔组织病相关神经系统疾病的辨别,扩大诊疗思路。

Objective： Clinical and laboratory Inspection of the headache starting treatment connective tissue disease- related neurological diseases were retrospectively analyzed to understand the characteristics of more immune-related neurological disorders.Methods：25 cases of patients with the chief complaint of headache starting treatment,clinical and laboratory inspection of them were analysis retrospectively.In the meanwhile,We comparised the clinical symptoms with immune and inflammatory indicators.The laboratory indicators and clinical characteristics were analyzed inthe same time.Results：In patients with headache starting treatment Connective tissue dlSease-related neurological diseases,The primary central nervous system vasculitis is primacy, while their positive rate of immune detection index were lower,pathological biopsy drawn were difficulties and patient compliance were poor.Conclusion：To improve the identify of headache starting treatment connective tissue disease-related neurological diseases,expanding treatment ideas.
