Analysis of One Case of AIDS with Cryptococcal Meningitis and Pulmonary Cryptococcosis

目的:分析艾滋病合并隐球菌感染的临床特点。方法:回顾分析1例以隐球菌性脑膜炎、肺影球菌病为首发表现的艾滋病病例的临床表现、诊断及治疗。结果:患者因病情迅速恶化,治疗无效死亡。结论:艾滋病合并隐球菌感染以脑膜炎及肺部损害为主,病死率高。

Objective： To analyze the clinical characteristics of AIDS with cryptococcal meningitis and pulmonary cryptococcosis. Methods：The clinical data,including manifestations,diagnosis and treatment,of an AIDS case with cryptococcal meningitis and pulmonary cryptococcosis were investigated retrospectively.Results：As condition deteriorated rapidly,the patient died.Conclusion：AIDS with cryptococcal infection manifests of meningitis and pulmonary damages Mainly and combined with high mortality.
