干休所军医岗位任职能力评价指标体系的构建

Study on the Evaluation System of Occupational Ability of Surgeon in Military Cadre Sanatoriums

通过干休所军医问卷调查和专家会议筛选干休所军医岗位任职能力评价指标后,运用专家咨询法制订干休所军医岗位任职能力评价指标体系。指标体系包括基本情况、专业知识与能力、综合能力和职业态度等4个一级指标和19个二级指标。并对指标内涵和评价标准进行了界定。旨在为有关部门评价干休所军医的任职能力提供依据。

After evaluation indexes were screened by questionnaire survey and experts meeting, the evaluation system of occupational ability of surgeon in military cadre sanatoriums was established by Delphi. The system included 4 first level indexes and 19 second level indexes and the standards of evaluation items were defined. This study could provide reference for the evaluation of occupational ability of surgeon in military cadre sanatoriums.
