摘要
通过回顾分析我院小儿外科开展日间手术30年的体会,探讨小儿外科日间手术实施的可行性及意义。日间手术在小儿外科开展是安全可行的,可以有效缓解"看病难、看病贵",缩短住院日数、降低医疗费用,符合当前医疗改革的目标。
To explore clinical application value of day surgery by reviewing the practice of day surgery in our hospital in the past thirty years. Day surgery could shorten average length of stay, reduce average discharge expenditure and increase turnover rate. It is an effective way to solve the problem of ＂difficult and expensive to seek medical treatment＂.
