摘要
试样经盐酸分解,酸溶铝直接进入溶液,将酸不溶铝过滤,滤出的残渣以混合熔剂熔融,熔后的浸取液和滤液合并,再用铬天青S法进行光度比色,完成了低合金钢中全铝的测定。测定的相对标准偏差2.35%,标样的测定误差小于国标允许差。方法简便、稳定,容易掌握。
In this article, Sample by hydrochloric acid decomposition and get solution and the filter residue with the Aluminum which fails to dissolve. Then, melt the residue with mixed flux and blend them with the solution. At last, with Chromazurine S method and Colorimetric method to determine the quantity of Aluminum. The measured standard variation is 2.35% in out experiment, lower than the permissible value of the National Standard. This method's is simple, stable and easy to apply.
