低级别脑动静脉畸形血管内栓塞与显微手术的对比研究

Comparative study of low grade cerebral arteriovenous malformations 's treatment between endovascular embolization and microsurgery

目的研究低级别脑动静脉畸形血管内栓塞与显微外科手术治疗的疗效对比。方法回顾分析应用血管内栓塞与显微外科手术治疗42例低级别脑动静脉畸形患者的资料,对比两种治疗方法的平均住院日、临床症状改善情况、术后并发症发生率、残留率、预后情况。结果血管内栓塞治疗组平均住院日及术后并发症发生率低于显微外科手术,短期临床改善较显微外科手术明显,两组残留率、3月后疗效无差异。结论两种疗法各有优势,但血管内栓塞治疗住院时间短,术后并发症少。

Objective To compare the effect between endovascular embolization and microsurgery for low grade cerebral arteriovenous malformations （ AVM ） .Methods The clinical data of 42 patients diagnosed as low grade of cerebral AVM treated by endovascular embolization or microsurgery were analyzed retrospectively .The hospitalization period , the improvement of clinical symptoms,the incidence of postoperative complications,retention rate,and the prognosis between these two treatment were compared .Results The hospitalization period and postoperative complication rate of endovascular embolization were lower than those of microsurgery , short-term clinical improvement was significantly higher than microsurgery .The retention rate and efficacy after 3 months between the two groups were no different .Conclusion Both the treatments have their own advantages , but the hospitalization period of endovascular embolization is shorter and the complications are fewer .
