摘要
文章通过用案例的形式,对武汉科技大学医学院青年教师成长过程转化作评价分析,包括案例背景、案例主题、实施办法、案例评析等步骤。通过实施"凝聚力工程",青年教师的精神风貌焕然一新,科研能力稳步提升,教学水平不断提高,师德师风获得赞美。
In this paper, the growth of young teachers in the transformational process will be evaluated and analyzed by using the form of case study, including the case background, the theme, the measures for imple- mentation, case analysis and other steps. Through the implementation of the "Cohesion Project", the spirit of young teachers take on a new aspect, their abilities of scientific research steadily enhance, their teaching level constantly improves and their teaching ethics get the praise. Young teachers become a major force in the devel- opment of the college departments.
