In this paper, the growth of young teachers in the transformational process will be evaluated and analyzed by using the form of case study, including the case background, the theme, the measures for imple- mentation, case analysis and other steps. Through the implementation of the ＂Cohesion Project＂, the spirit of young teachers take on a new aspect, their abilities of scientific research steadily enhance, their teaching level constantly improves and their teaching ethics get the praise. Young teachers become a major force in the devel- opment of the college departments.
