摘要
《物权法》对业主把住宅改为经营性用房行为实行诸多限制,但在限制之下还是给予了一定弹性幅度。法律对"住改商"行为之规定存在可圈可点之处,有必要进一步在法律制度层面和实践层面加以完善,使之更好地规范开发商的行为,维护业主的权利和合法利益。
