摘要
选用7个玉米自交系,采用GriffingⅣ完全双列杂交设计组配出21个杂交组合,对穗长、穗粗、秃尖长、穗行数、行粒数、百粒质量6个穗部性状的配合力和遗传参数进行分析。结果表明,测试的6个性状主要由基因的加性效应起作用;A2,A5,A7,A17,A18,A19,A20这7个组合百粒质量的特殊配合力较高;自交系PH6WC、黄早4在百粒质量性状上具有较高的GCA效应优势;自交系黄早4、昌7-2、郑58在秃尖长性状上一般配合力为负数。
This article analyzed 21 crosses made from 7 maize inbred lines by Griffing Ⅳ design. It analyzed combining ability and heredity parameter about 6 characters from ear length, ear diameter, bare tip length, rows per ear, kernels per row, 100- kemel weight.The results showed the six characters were mainly affected by additive genetic effect; A2, A5, A7, A17, A18, A19, A20 were superiority combination and the combination of 100- kemel weight of SCA was higher. PH6 WC, Huangzao 4 had higher GCA in 100- kemel weight traits effect advantage; Huangzao 4, Chang 7- 2, Zheng 58 were the negative traits of GCA in bare tip length.
