摘要 以白三叶(Trifolium repens L.)种子为材料,研究了不同质量浓度外源硫酸锌(0,50,100,150,200,250,300,350,400 mg/L)处理对白三叶种子的萌发率、还原糖、总糖含量、淀粉酶活力和可溶性蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,硫酸锌可以延缓白三叶种子的萌发,当硫酸锌质量浓度为50 mg/L时萌发率最高,促进种子α-淀粉酶的活性,但对淀粉酶总活力影响不明显,种子萌发过程中可溶性蛋白质的含量也受硫酸锌处理的影响;在一定浓度范围内,白三叶种子中还原糖含量增加,超过这个范围,还原糖含量会降低,明显抑制总糖含量。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentrations( 0, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350,400 mg/L) of exogenous zinc sulfate treatment on germination rate, reducing sugar, total sugar content, amylase activity and soluble protein content of white clover( Trifolium repens L.) seed. The results showed that zinc sulfate treatment could delay the germination of white clover seed, germination rate was highest with the zinc sulfate concentration of 50 mg/L, and which promoted seed α- amylase activity, but the total activity of the amylase had little impact. Soluble protein content of seed during germination process was also affected by zinc sulfate treatment. The content of reducing sugar in white clover seed increased in a certain range of concentrations then decreased out of this range. The total sugar content in white clover seed was inhibited significantly with exogenous zinc sulfate.
