草履蚧雌成虫触角感受器的扫描电镜观察 被引量:2

Scanning Electron Microscopic Observation of the Antennal Sensilla of the Female Adult Scale Insect Drosicha corpulenta( Kuwana)

摘要 利用扫描电镜技术观察了草履蚧(Drosicha corpulenta(Kuwana))雌成虫触角形态及其触角感受器的分布和形态特点。结果表明,草履蚧雌成虫触角呈短棒状,深棕色,由柄节、梗节、鞭节组成,共8节,其中,鞭节由6个鞭亚节组成,表皮凹凸不平;触角各节大小、形态不一。雌成虫触角感受器共有6种类型8种形态,分别为毛形感受器(I型、II型)、锥形感受器(I型、II型)、刺形感受器、腔锥形感受器、钟形感受器、钉形感受器。各类型感受器在触角各节上的数量和分布各不相同,绝大部分触角感受器分布在触角的背面、腹面和外侧面:毛形感受器数量最多,在柄节、梗节及鞭节上均有分布,约占总数的80%;钟形感受器数量最少,仅为1个,只着生于梗节腹面前缘;钉形感受器仅着生于触角顶节,腔锥形感受器主要散生于梗节、第1鞭节、第2鞭节和顶节上。 The antennal morphology and number distribution of antennal sensilla of the female adult Drosicha corpulenta( Kuwana) were studied by using scanning electron microscope( SEM). The results showed that the antenna of the female adult of D.corpulenta was filiform with eight segments, which consisted of the scape,pedicel and six subsegments of flagellum. The clavate antenna was short and brown, and its surface was unfairness. We found eight types of sensilla, including two types of sensilla trichodea, two types of sensilla basiconica, sensilla chaetica, sensilla coeloconica, sensilla campaniformia and sensilla peg, and they varied significantly in number and distribution with each other and most of them were on the back, the venter and the outboard of every segment. Sensilla trichodea accounted for 80% of all the antennal sensilla with the high density on the whole antenna. Sensilla campaniformia was only one on the venter of pedicel. Sensilla peg was only clustered on the last segment. Sensilla coeloconica was maily clustered on the pedicel, the1 st, 2nd and 6th subsegment of flagellum.
