天津农村信息服务的发展现状与对策建议

Tianjin Rural Information Service Development Present Situation and Development Countermeasures

随着农业信息化的不断发展,农业农村对信息服务的需求日益增多,农村信息化服务对于农业农村的经济增长具有非常重要的作用。介绍了天津市农村信息服务的现状,针对涉农网络信息不足、信息资源分散、信息供给与需求不对接、服务队伍素质不高等问题,提出了完善投入机制、整合信息资源、构建政府与多方合作教育模式、提高服务队伍素质、加强信息技术研究等对策,以促进天津市农村信息化服务的发展。

With the continuous development of agricultural informationization, agriculture and rural areas is increasing demand for information services, rural information service for agriculture and rural areas has a very important role in economic growth. This paper introduces Tianjin city in the current situation of rural information service at present, analyses the insufficient agricultural network information, information resources scattered, information supply and demand docking, low quality of the service team and so on, and puts forward the perfect input mechanism, integration of information resources, construction of the government and the cooperation education mode,improvement of the professional quality of the service, strengthening the information technology research countermeasures, promote the development of Tianjin city rural information service.
