摘要
介绍了一套用于肺呼吸过程电阻抗实时成像的16电极EIT系统,描述了该系统的软硬件设计、系统性能测试及利用共轭梯度算法进行成像试验。在盛有盐水的实验水槽上进行了有机玻璃棒的动态成像实验,结果表明该系统能够对动态目标进行准确识别。采集志愿者呼吸过程的数据,并对肺呼吸图像重建中胸腔模型对成像质量的影响进行了对比试验,最终获得了清晰的肺部呼吸过程的图像,为深入开展肺功能评价研究及呼吸过程的床旁监护等需求奠定了可靠有效的硬件基础。
An electrical impedance tomography (EIT) system with 16 electrodes for research into lung ventilation process is in- troduced in this paper, and the software and hardware design, performance testing of the system and the imaging experiments based on CGLS algorithm. The dynamic imaging experiments of organic glass rod are carried out in an experimental tank filled with saline and the images indicate that this system can accurately recognise the dynamic target. Furthermore, data collection are carried out during the process of breathing on a volunteer and conduct a contrast test on chest model influence on imaging quality in the re- construction image of the lung ventilation. Eventually, a clear lung respiratory process image are obtained, and consequently lay a firm foundation for the further study on evaluation of pulmonary function and bedside respiratory monitoring requirements, etc.
