摘要 某矿南回风大巷沿9号煤层顶板掘进,9号煤层属于带压开采煤层,该巷道在施工过程中将遇到F3导水断层,该断层有可能沟通巷道下部奥灰水。针对此问题,采用工作面预注浆法对断层破碎带进行堵水加固。注浆时在单液水泥浆中加入一定量速凝早强剂,改善浆液性能,工作面通过预注浆安全顺利通过了断层。 In the roof driving along the southern return airway in No.9 coal seam of a mine, as a seam mining above aquifer, the roadway will meet F3 hydraulic conductivity fault in the construction. Additionally, the fault may connect the Ordovician limestone water under the roadway. To solve the problem, the pre-grouting method was used in reinforcement and water sealing for fault broken zone. In the grouting, a certain amount of rapid solidification early strength agent was put into single liquid slurry to improve the slurry property. By the pre-grouting, the working face passed the fault safely and smoothly.
