新型水溶性苝分子探针的合成及对氨基酸的识别 被引量:1

摘要 以苝四甲酸二酐为原料,与苏氨酸发生酸酐氨解反应,合成了水溶性的含苏氨酸基元的苝酰亚胺分子探针,其结构由IR和1H NMR证实为对称性的苝酰亚胺结构。氨基酸客体识别实验表明,该分子探针能有效识别各种氨基酸,主客体间存在较强的识别配合作用。对组氨酸的紫外滴定光谱表明,主客体配合比为1∶1。 Using Perylene- 3,4,9,10- tetracarboxylic dianhydride as starting material, novel soluble perylene molecular probe with threonine units was prepared by ammonolysis with threonine. Its structure was confirmed as symmetrical structure by IR and 1H NMR spectra. The guest recognition experiments for amino acid suggested that this new probe possesses good recognition abilities for all kinds of amino acids and strong action existed between host and guest. The titration UV spectra for histidine indicated that the complex was 1 : 1 ratio between host and guest.
