摘要
在低渗透油藏压裂过程中,为了降低压裂作业后破胶残液的残渣含量,减小对储层造成的伤害,通过室内实验,利用DNS方对不同生物酶活力进行检测,优选出低温状态下活性较强的XR-03破胶酶体系。对该体系进行室内携砂、破胶性能和破胶残液岩心伤害性能检测。评价结果证明,该体系不影响压裂液交联效果,加量为5 mg/kg时,破胶时间可控制在90-100 min,破胶残液残渣含量低,仅为67 mg/L,滤液含糖量较高,对岩心伤害率小,适用于延长油田甘谷驿采油厂低渗透浅层油藏。
In the process of fracturing of low permeability reservoir, in order to reduce fracturing job after break glue residue content of residual liquid and the damage to the reservoir, through the indoor experiment, different enzyme activities were detected using DNS party to optimize the activity of strong low temperature condition of XR-03 gel breaking enzyme system. Interior of the system of carrier, gel breaking performance and gel breaking performance test residual liquid core damage were detected. Through the indoor experiment, a gel breaking enzyme system XR-03 with strong activity was optimized. The evaluation results showed that the system had no effect on the crosslinking effect of fracturing fluid. With addition of XR-03 about 5 mg/kg, gel breaking time can be controlled within 90 - 100 min. Gel breaking residue content was as low as 67 mg/L. Damage rate of fracturing fluid was low, which was applicable to low permeability formation in Yanchang oilfield.
