摘要
利用离线二维液相色谱串联高分辨质谱的方法分析检测东北刺人参根的化学成分,以CN色谱柱为第一维分离制备组分,ODS(C18)色谱柱为第二维色谱分析,结果表明,构建的二维液相体系峰容量明显提高,共检测得到31个成分,并结合UV及HRMS信息鉴定出其中7个化合物,分别为:松柏苷(1),紫丁香苷(2),(+)-异落叶松脂素-3-α-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3),oploxynes A(4),oplopantriol A(5),(3S,8S)-falcarindiol(6)和oplopandiol(7)。
Two-dimensional liquid chromatography-diode array detection-mass spectrometry (2D-LC-DAD-MS) assay was developed for separation and identification of the chemical constituents from the roots of Oplopanax elatus. Eight compounds were identified or tentatively deduced based on their retention time, UV, accurate molecular weight. The results demonstrated that the method can provide a considerable improvement in peak capacity compared with the traditional 1D-HPLC.
