摘要
对义乌甘蔗和红糖产业的现状与存在问题进行了调研分析,提出了关于品种引进培育,加强推广体系建设,加工技术创新,宣传、保护、提升义乌红糖品牌,开发红糖旅游产业,作好红糖深加工,弘扬红糖文化,加大资金投入,共享改革红利等方面的对策和建议。
Investigations and analysis were conducted in regard to the present situations of Yiwu sugarcane and brown sugar industry. Countermeasures and suggestions were therefore presented about the introduction and breeding of new cane varieties, the construction of variety promotion system, innovation of processing technology for brow sugar, brand promotion and protection, tourism and culture related to brown sugar etc.
