为节约培训成本,直销企业倾向于对员工采取远程数字化培训,运用移动互联技术对员工开展培训具备多、快、好、省的特点。在方法上,采取移动化学习、社会化学习、游戏化学习和个性化定制学习等多种策略,让学习与培训紧密结合。数字化不仅是用来开拓市场的重要名片,也是培训员工、方便其学习的利器。在未来,云服务将是员工学习和工作的一个重要平台。
In order to save training cost, direct selling enterprises intend to adopt long distance digit training. Using mobile network to train staff can be fast, most, best and at least cost. Through the strategies of mobile learning, social learning, game learning and personalized le- arning, learning and training can be closely combined together. Digitization is not only a card to help enlarging market, but also an efficient way for training staff. In the future, cloud service will be an important platform for staff' s learning and training.
