行动学习:学科教学知识发展的重要途径 被引量:4

摘要 行动学习是一种立足于工作场景、聚焦实践问题、基于经验反思、小组持续合作的专业学习形式。它的基本理念是将学习者看成专业学习中的重要资源,充分利用他们的智慧和创造性。它的理论基础是经验学习循环理论。行动学习切合教师学科教学知识(PCK)发展的实践品性,能为教师PCK建构提供良好条件,有助于促进教师PCK默会成分的转化,是教师PCK发展的重要途径。
