摘要
随着我国高等教育改革和发展的纵深推进,大学间的竞争日益激烈,其生存和发展的环境面临诸多挑战。大学亟待从内部建构灵敏的反应系统和价值导向体系,形成强有力的学习文化,以发展其核心竞争力。学习文化的建构深刻地影响到大学深层发展动力的形成与资源整合的方式,为大学适应和引领变革提供了动力系统,有助于大学核心竞争力的生成与提升。学习文化具有群体合作性、自我超越性和系统整合性等动态特征,与大学核心竞争力的内涵特质存在丰富的关联性和契合性。从策略上讲,在大学中建构决策核心层以增强学习领导力,完善大学学习的结构协调和制度激励,走向基于大学实际需求和体现主体价值的"文化学习",是构建大学学习文化的根本,其将持续地为大学核心竞争力的发展提供强大的支撑。
Along with our country's higher education reform and development, and the increasingly fierce competition between universities, the survival and development environment of universities face many challenges, which need to construct an internal sensitive reaction system and value orientation system, and form a strong learning culture to develop its core competitiveness. The construction of learning culture has a deep impact on the formation of layer developing force for adapting and leading change and the way of resources integration, which contributes to cultivating and enhancing the core competitiveness of university. Learning culture has a set of features, including such as group cooperative, self transcendence, and systems integration. These features have rich relevant and fit with the connotation of university core competitiveness. To construct the decision-making core layer in the university in order to enhance learning leadership, perfect the structure coordination and institutional incentives, turn university learning to "cultural learning", are the fundamental form of a learning culture, and will continue to provide powerful support for the development of university core competitiveness.
