摘要
教师专业化、教师专业发展和教师教育专业化是三个密切相关的概念,这一密切关系也体现出教师教育研究的内在逻辑与发展趋势。对中小学教师在职培训效能的调查结果表明,中小学教师在职培训效能不高。其原因主要包括培训者专业化缺失,受培训者自我发展动力缺失,培训内容和形式单一,培训评价方式不尽合理。提高中小学教师继续教育有效性可从确立教师教育者专业化标准、建设专业化的培训队伍,完善教师资格认定制度、提升教师专业发展动力,结合教师需求确定职后培训的内容和形式,制定在职培训评价专业标准、形成示范效应等方面着手。
Teachers' specialization, the teachers' professional development and the specialization of teacher education are closely related concepts, and the close relationship also reflects the inherent logic and development trend of teacher education research. According to a survey of effectiveness of the primary and seeondary school teacher in-service training, its efficiency is not high. The reason is mainly including lack of trainee specialization, the missing of trainee self-development motivation, the single training content and form, unreasonable training evaluation way. To improve the effectiveness of primary and secondary school teachers continuing education, we can establish the standard of the professional teacher educators and construct the professional training team, improve the teachers' qualification system, improve teachers' professional development motivation, determine the content and form of post training combined with teachers' demand, develop professional evaluation standards, form the demonstration effect.
