基于执业能力培养的工程管理专业实践教学体系构建

Construction on Practice Teaching System of Professional Project Management Based on Engineer Qualification

针对新建本科院校工程管理专业实践教学不足且与工程师执业能力不匹配的人才培养现状,深入开展实践教学探索,构建以校企联合实践教学平台为依托的"全过程、三层次、六模块"实践教学体系,并从师资队伍、校内外实践基地建设等方面提出保证措施,对新建本科院校把握政策导向,做好战略转型发展具有重要意义。

According to the current situation of engineering management professional in new local universities,where practice teaching doesn’t match the engineer qualification ability,this paper explores practice teaching deeply,builds the practice teaching system named ＂ whole process,three levels and six module＂ based on university-enterprise joint practice teaching platform,and puts forward some guaranteed measures. It is of great significance for new local universities to grasp policy guidance and strategic transformation.
