The Effi cacy and Safety of Modifi ed Radical Mastectomy for Early Breast Cancer

观察探讨早期乳腺癌行乳腺癌改良根治术的临床效果和安全性。对我院三年内收治的54例早期乳腺癌患者进行随机分组,观察组行乳腺癌改良根治术,对照组行传统乳腺癌根治术,术后3年内保持随访,观察比较手术情况、患者生存状况、并发症、复发转移情况。观察结果表明,观察组和对照组两组患者在术后3年内的生存率无明显差异(P>0.05)。术后恢复时间、并发症发生率方面观察组优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义。

To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of modified radical mastectomy for early breast cancer. In the past 3 years, 54 cases of patients with early breast cancer in our hospital were collected. They were randomly divided into observation group underwent modified radical mastectomy and control group underwent conventional radical mastectomy. All patients were tracked for periods of up to 3 years. The therapeutic efficiency of the two surgeries, the patient survival condition, complications, recurrence and metastasis situation were observed. No significant differences were observed in survival between the two groups in 3 years after surgery（P〉 0.05）. The observation group was better than the control group in the postoperative recovery time and complication rate with a statistically significant difference.
