摘要
能量桩是利用高速公路沿线浅层地热能的经济、高效、节能减排的最佳技术方案之一,然而针对既有高速公路运营中能量桩或地源热泵技术的应用研究相对较少。简要介绍了地源热泵技术水平向和垂直向埋管方式,运营中既有高速公路软基沉降控制技术方法;综合考虑既有高速公路运营实际情况,以及软基沉降控制和浅层低热能利用的需求,提出在保证高速公路通车情况下,在路堤边坡利用定向钻钻进并埋设地源热泵换热管、灌注水泥浆,形成倾斜能量桩的技术方案,为既有高速公路软基沉降控制、能量桩技术的发展与推广应用提供技术支撑。
Energy pile technology is one of the best economical, efficient, energy saving and emission reduction technical solution methods used for shallow geothermal energy. However, researches focused on the application of energy pile or ground source heat pump technology used in existing expressways are quite insufficient. In the paper horizontal and vertical heat exchange tube buried in ground, settlement control methods on existing expressway are briefly introduced. Based on the actual situation of existing expressway, the need of soft ground settlement control and shallow energy use, one new energy pile method which can control the soft ground settlement and shallow energy using was proposed. The construction process is as follow: Inclined drilling, ground source heat pump tubes decentralization, and grouting. The new developed methods can provide technical support for the development and promotion and application of soft ground settlement control and energy pile.
