摘要
对比分析国内现有高速公路限速方式的优缺点,以云南普宣高速公路为例,选择分车型、分路段的限速方式,通过对行车危险程度的定性分析,把普宣高速公路全线划分为一般路段和特殊路段,一般路段采用基于运行速度测算的限速值确定方法,特殊路段在运行速度测算的基础上进行行车风险性分析,从而确定合理限速,较系统性地提出高速公路限速值确定流程,给出了普宣高速公路合理限速值建议,为其交通安全设计优化提供了依据。
The advantages and disadvantages of the existing speed modes in China and other countriesare compared and analyzed, and taking the Puli to Xuanwei Expressway as an example, the project is divided into general and special road sections through a speed limiting method based on vehicles type and road sections to qualitative analysis to the driving risk severity. The general road section uses value determining method based on operation speed limit, and the special road section adopts running risk analysis method based on driving speed estimation, in order to determine the safe speed limit. A quite systematical procedure is proposed to determine speed limit on expressways and the rational speed limit for the Puli to Xuanwei Expressway, which also can provide a basis for transport safety design optimization.
