摘要
利用454高通量测序技术对高温大曲微生物群落结构进行了解析,并对微生物群落结构数据进行数理统计分析,通过微生物在大曲中的出现频率与相对含量方法对变量进行筛选,结合箱线图构建大曲质量等级判别模型。
The microbial community structure of high-temperature Daqu was analyzed through 454 high-throughput sequencing technology, and the data of Daqu microbial community structure was studied with mathematical statistics. Then Daqu quality judgment model was con-structed through the screening of variable by use of the principle of frequency and relative content of microbes combined with box plot method.
