摘要
废气能量回收是提高汽车节能减排效果的有效手段之一。在所建立的发动机废气涡轮发电能量回收系统的基础上,利用模糊控制原理建立了回收系统控制策略,采用旁通阀和可变截面涡轮技术来控制发动机排气背压和涡轮机转速,回收系统能在发动机运行过程中将发动机废气能量转换为电能存储于电池中。仿真结果表明:废气能量回收系统能进一步减少汽车的燃油消耗和污染物排放。
Exhaust energy recovery is one of the effective means to improve the effect of automobile energy conservation and emis- sions reduction. Exhaust turbo generator recovering system of engine was established, and the recovery system control strategy was established by using the fuzzy control principle. Variable Geometry Turbine (VGT) and by-pass valve were used to control the exhaust back pressure of engine and turbine speed. The recovery system can convert the exhaust energy into electric energy stored in batteries. The simulation results show that exhaust energy recycling system can further reduce the fuel consumption and poilutant emissions of vehicle.
