摘要
针对实际生产中冲裁件形状复杂、冲切刃口分解数众多的特点,基于MATLAB软件平台,开发了冲切刃口重组的模糊聚类算法,显著提高计算效率。并运用F方差检验法,确定刃口分类的最优阈值λ,得到最优刃口分类方案,实现冲切刃口设计的定量分析。
Puriching parts have many complex shapes and plenty of cutting edges, development of cutting edge recombination of fuzzy clustering algorithm can improve the computational efficiency. At the same time, the optimal value of lambda can be ensured by F test of variance. So, the best scheme about cutting edge classification is worked out and quantity analysis on cutting edge design is realized.
