摘要
对棉花和烟苗的移栽现状进行调查和分析,设计一种能适合膜上移栽的移栽机器。论文阐述所设计移栽机械的关键部件和移栽原理,合理地设计栽植器栽苗的控制凸轮部分和起引导作用的导苗嘴,提高钵苗的直立度和移栽机构的工作性能,并降低钵苗的漏苗率;论文还对膜上移栽机零速栽苗的原理进行数学参数建模及分析,并结合移栽机构的设计参数,得到移栽机构传动比和株距的受限制条件,为以后膜上移栽机的设计提供理论参考。
It was designed through investigating and analyzing the present transplanting situation of cotton and tobacco. The critical components and the transplanting principle were elaborated. The control cam and the seedling guide tube were designed, which not only increases the seedling upright de- gree, improves the working performance of transplanting mechanism, hut also reduces the leakage rate of pot seedling. Besides, based on the mathe- matical parametric modeling, the zero-velocity planting principle of membrane transplanter was researched and analyzed. Combining with the design pa- rameters of transplanting mechanism, the restricted conditions of transmission ratio and planting distance were obtained, which provides a theoretical reference for the subsequent up-film transplanter design.
