摘要
以谷物联合收获机脱粒滚筒为研究对象,对其工作过程进行分析,得出脱粒滚筒工作时所需功率主要由滚筒空转功耗和谷物与凹板之间摩擦功耗所组成,从而建立针对杆齿滚筒的脱粒功耗数学模型。在此基础上分析脱粒过程中谷物喂入量、谷物湿度、滚筒转速等参数的变化对脱粒功耗的影响程度。分析结果表明在诸多影响因素下,谷物的喂入量是影响脱粒功率的主要因素,谷物湿度对脱粒功率的影响则在一定范围内随湿度的增加而变大,之后则随着谷物湿度的增加而变小。
The working process of the threshing cylinder was analyzed with grain combine harvester as the research object. The power during the work- ing process was mainly consisted of the roller idle power consumption and the friction power consumption between grain and notch board. Based on this analysis, the mathematical model of power consumption for threshing cylinder was established, and the influence of variable parameters such as feed rate, notch board clearance, grain humidity and drum rotational speed on the threshing power consumption was analyzed. The feed rate is the main in- fluencing factor, and the influence of grain humidity increases with the humidity within a certain range and then decreases.
