摘要
4FZ—140型自走式亚麻拔麻机能完成亚麻原茎无损伤拔取、有序翻转及放铺。亚麻收获的特殊性要求拔麻速度、夹持输送速度和放铺速度能随机器前进速度的变化而同步调整。本文介绍了行走底盘、拔麻台、输送与放铺装置的设计与计算说明,通过理论计算和实验研究,优化其运动参数,进而找到最适合亚麻收获作业要求的参数组合。
This harvester can complete the whole process of flax picking, rolling over and placing without any damage. The specialty of flax harvesting determines that the speed of flax picking, gripping delivery and placing should be synchronous with the vehicle speed. The design and calculation state- ment of chassis, flax picking platform, transmission and placing systems were introduced. A series of motion parameters were optimized through theo- retical and experimental study, and a best combination of parameters for flax harvest operations was put forward.
