摘要
以提高甘蔗收获机刀盘的刚性为目标,对不同振源的布置位置进行理论分析,提出了一种较优的整机布置方案。结合虚拟样机技术,建立了主要振源布置的动力学优化模型和整机的动力学模型,重点对振源的不同布置方式对刀盘动态特性的影响进行了分析与比较,验证了所提出方案的合理性与可行性。
A better machine layout based on the theoretical analysis of the position of different vibration sources was presented to improve the rigidity of base cutter. According to virtual prototyping technology, the optimal dynamic model of the main vibration source layout and the whole machine were established. The influence of different positions of vibration sources on the dynamic characteristics of base cutter was analyzed and compared, which verified the rationality and feasibility of the layout.
