摘要
设计一种用于对谷物包装袋袋口实现自动缝合的机械结构,该机构具备自动引线、穿针、扣紧、剪线和缝合功能。通过单片机协调各个模块按照一定的逻辑工作,控制气缸和直流电机运动,以传感器反馈相关信号,实现闭环系统。首先介绍缝口装置整体及各个模块的机械结构,给出系统总体硬件设计方案和电机驱动系统硬件,根据谷物包装袋缝口机构的工作过程,确定该系统软件流程,最后通过样机试验测试机构工作的稳定性,并提出提高稳定性的方法。
The device was composed of five parts: wire lead part, auto-needle part, clamping part, trimming part and sewing part. Each module works according to certain logical under the regulation of single chip to control the motion of cylinder and DC motor, and the closed-loop control was achieved via sensors feedback signal. The mechanical structure of the whole device was introduced as well as each module, the whole hardware scheme and motor driven electric circuit were presented, and the program flow chart was determined according to the working process. The stability of the device was tested and some affirmative methods to promote the stability were proposed.
