摘要 小型烘干设备以低成本批量加工果蔬鲜品,是增加农产品附加值和提高农民收入的重要手段。太阳能空气源热泵联合烘干系统可实现对农产品全天候的干燥加工。本文从设备构造、工作模式、控制器设计等多个方面概述了联合烘干系统的研究成果,并详述了改进的循环风道和排湿风道,最后对不同设备的烘干效果做了简明的分析和比较。 Small drying equipment aims at batch processing of fresh fruits and vegetables with low cost; it is an important means of increasing the added value of agricultural products and raising farmers' income. The solar-air source heat pump drying system realized seasoning agricultural products under all-weather conditions. The researching results of the drying system were summarized from structure, operation mode, controller design and other as- pects, and the improved circulation duct and humidity duct were described in detail. The analysis and comparison of drying effect with other equipment were conducted finally.
