摘要 种子的物料特性与农业机械化生产关系密切,排种器的研究、种子育苗与移栽技术等都离不开种子的物料特性的测定。通过对人参种子物料学特性的测量,测得催芽与不催芽两类人参种子的各项参数,包括人参种子的几何尺寸、千粒重、休止角、内摩擦角、滑动摩擦角的各项参数值;通过对种子含水率的测量,测定不同含水率下人参种子的物料参数值的变化,得到人参种子的物料特性和含水率的变化关系。为人参生产机械的设计提供可靠、准确的数据参考,并为人参排种器的研究提供了理论参数。 The material properties of seeds are closely related to the agricultural mechanization, and its measurement is necessary for the researches of seed metering device, seed nursery and the transplanting techniques. By measuring the material characteristics of Panax seed, the parameters of geo metric size, kilo-grain-weight, repose angle, inner friction angle and the gliding friction angle for the germinated Panax seed and the ordinary Panax seed were obtained. Through measuring the Panax seed moisture content, the changes of Panax seed material parameters under different water content was studied, and the relationship between the seed material properties and the water content was got. It provides reliable and accurate reference for the design of Panax production machinery, as well as the theoretical parameters for the studies of Panax seed metering device.
