摘要
继电器是自动化控制领域应用中的重要角色。传统的对继电器的控制不但自动化程度低、而且操作复杂,为此设计了一个基于单片机和LabVIEW的RS-232串口控制系统。首先介绍了控制板硬件、软件设计,然后阐述了采用LabVIEW设计上位机软件的设计思路。实验结果证明,该系统具有人机界面友好、自动化程度高、操作简单等特点,具有重要的工程实践意义。
Relay plays an important role in the application of automatic control. The traditional control has disadvantages of low level of automation and complex operation, so the RS-232 serial control system based on MCU and LabVIEW was designed. First the hardware and software of the control board were introduced, and then the design idea of PC software using LabVIEW was described. Experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of friendly interface, high automation, simple operation and so on, which has important engineering practical significance.
