不同灌水方式和灌溉量对烤烟叶片抗旱生理指标及烤烟产量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在隔雨温室内进行盆栽试验,研究了不同灌溉方式及灌水量对烤烟抗旱保水效果的影响。结果表明,各处理下烤烟叶片脯氨酸和丙二醛含量均随移栽后天数呈先增大后减小的变化趋势;烤烟产量随灌水量的减少而减少,且在不同灌水方式下,相同灌水量下,烟叶产量大小均表现为滴灌>浇滴灌结合>浇灌,脯氨酸、丙二醛含量则最小,为最佳的灌水方式。 The study was carried out by pot trials in greenhouse. The proline and malonaldehyde contents of tobacco leaves for each treatment were ini- tially increased and then decreased during the whole growth periods. The yield of tobacco gradually decreased with the decreasing of irrigation amounts, and the yield was the biggest under drip irrigation while the smallest under pour irrigation. The contents of drought-resistant physiology indexes in to- bacco leaves under drip irrigation were the best, as the contents of Pro and MDA were the lowest. It is suggested that drip irrigation is the most effec- tive way to improve the drought resistance of tobacco plants compared with the pour irrigation.
