脾虚大鼠血清及胃组织中胃肠激素GAS、CCK、SS变化及中药干预效果 被引量:14

Changes in levels of GAS, CCK, and SS in serum and gastric tissue of spleen deficiency rats: Effect of traditional Chinese medicine intervention

摘要 目的:探讨脾虚大鼠血清及胃组织中胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)、胆囊收缩素(cholecystokinin,CCK)、生长抑素(somatostatin,SS)变化及中药干预效果.方法:选取SD大鼠36只,采用随机数字表法分为3组,12只大鼠灌服蒸馏水为对照组,24只大鼠制备脾虚模型(慢性束缚应激+过度疲劳+饮食失调),其中12只脾虚大鼠为观察组,12只脾虚大鼠给予四君子汤灌胃7 d为治疗组,采用酶联免疫分析法检测大鼠血清及胃组织中胃肠激素GAS、CCK、SS水平.结果:观察组大鼠血清中GAS水平、CCK水平、SS水平、胃组织中GAS水平均明显低于对照组,而胃组织中CCK水平、SS水平,均明显高于对照组.治疗组大鼠血清中GAS水平、CCK水平、SS水平、胃组织中GAS水平均明显高于观察组,而胃组织中CCK水平、SS水平均明显低于观察组.差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).,结论:脾虚大鼠血清及胃组织中胃肠激素GAS、CCK、SS均出现了异常变化,中药干预可有效纠正胃肠激素GAS、CCK、SS异常波动. AIM: To investigate the changes in levels of gastrin(GAS), cholecystokinin(CCK), somatostatin(SS) in serum and gastric tissue of spleen deficiency rats and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine intervention. METHODS: Thirty-six SD rats were randomly divided into three groups by random number table method. Twelve rats were fed distilled water as a control group, and 24 rats were used to induce spleen deficiency(chronic restraint stress + excess fatigue + eating disorders). Twelve spleen deficiency rats were used as an observation group, and the other 12 spleen deficiency rats fed Sijunzi decoction for 7 d as a treatment group. Levels of GAS, CCK, and SS in serum and gastric tissue were detected by ELISA.RESULTS: The levels of GAS, CCK, and SS in serum and GAS in gastric tissue were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, while CCK and SS in gastric tissue were significantly higher than those in the control group(P 〈 0.05).GAS, CCK, and SSins erum andGAS in gastric tissue were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the observation group, while CCK and SS in gastric tissue were significantly lower than those in the observation group(P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION: Gastrointestinal hormonesGAS, CCK, and SS in serum and gastric tissue of spleen deficiency rats show abnormal changes. Traditional Chinese medicine intervention can effectively correct abnormal fluctuations of GAS, CCK, and SS.
