成人上颌横向发育不足非手术扩弓的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 腭扩展技术是治疗上颌横向发育不足的有效手段,而上颌快速扩弓是常用的腭扩展技术之一。早在1860年Angel[1]就提出可以通过打开腭中缝来扩大上颌骨。早期的正畸医生一直对此表示怀疑,直到1961年Haas[2]提出对于处在生长发育高峰期前或高峰期的青少年来说,通过上颌快速螺旋扩弓器可以打开腭中缝从而扩大上颌骨。
