摘要 目的:分析不孕相关精子蛋白抗体与免疫性不孕的关系。方法:收集临床抗精子抗体阳性的不孕患者的外周血标本,ELISA法检测STP-4、TSA-1、SPAG7、FA-1及YLP-12与免疫性不孕相关的精子蛋白的抗体。结果:免疫性不孕相关精子蛋白的抗体阳性率仅有15%。结论:检测不孕相关精子蛋白的抗体对免疫性不孕的临床诊疗更为有益。 Objective: To analyze the relationship between sperm protein antibody associated with infertility and immune infertility. Methods:Peripheral blood samples of the clinical infertile patients with positive antisperm antibody were collected. Antibodies of some sperm proteins such as STP-4,TSA-1, SPAG7,FA-1 and YLP-12 which were associated with immune infertility were detected by ELISA. Results:The positive rate of sperm protein antibody associated with immune infertility was only 15%. Conclusion:Detection of sperm protein antibody associated with immune infertility is benefit for clinical diagnosis and treatment of immunological infertility.
