摘要 目的探讨端粒酶逆转录酶(human telomerase reverse transcriptase,h TERT)和Gli1、Gli2在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法利用免疫组化S-P两步法检测72例胃癌及其癌旁组织中h TERT、Gli1、Gli2的表达情况,并结合患者的临床病理资料进行分析。结果 h TERT、Gli1、Gli2在胃癌中的表达明显高于癌旁组织中的表达(P<0.05),h TERT与Gli1、h TERT与Gli2的表达均呈正相关(r分别为0.502 2、0.624 6,P<0.05)。h TERT、Gli1、Gli2的表达均与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。h TERT、Gli1均高表达组以及h TERT、Gli2均高表达组生存时间较短,三者均高表达组生存时间最短(P<0.05)。结论 h TERT与Gli1、Gli2在胃癌中均高表达,三者联合检测对预测胃癌转移、预后有一定指导意义。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) and transcription factors Glil and Gli2 in gastric cancer (GC). Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of hTERT, and Glil and Gli2 proteins in 72 cases of GC tissues and their adjacent tissues. The correlation between hTERT and Glil, Gli2 expression with the clinicopathological features of GC was further analyzed. Results The expression of hTERT and Glil, Gli2 protein was significantly higher in GC than in their adjacent tissues ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression level of hTERT was positively correlated with those of Glil and Gli2 in GC ( r = 0. 502 2, r = 0. 624 6, P 〈 0.05 ). The expression level of hTERT, Glil and Gli2 was correlated with tumor lymph metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ). The patients with higher expression of hTERT and Glil or high expression of hTERT and Gli2 had shorter survival time, especially for those with higher expression of the 3 proteins (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion hTERT and Glil as well as Gli2 are all highly expressed in GC. Joint detection of the 3 proteins may have a certain significance in predicting the metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer patients.
